This system provides a 1.27mm x 1.27mm array of discrete circuit contacts and a variety of PCB mezzanine stack heights. FCI MEG Array® Connectors

FCI's MEG Array® is a high speed BGA mezzanine connector designed to meet the needs of applications up to 10 Gb/s. The 1.27mm² Ball Grid Array interface pitch termination allows process friendly attachment. FCI's MEG Array connector is available in stack heights from 4mm to 14mm and connector sizes from 81 to 528 signals.
