FTxMH Continuous Volt TCXO Oscillators

Abracon FTxMH Continuous Volt TCXO Oscillators feature FT1MH-, FT2MH-, and FT3MH-series temperature-compensated crystal oscillators (TCXO) with continuous or fixed Vdd options. The oscillators provide a hermetically seam-sealed ceramic package and a low current consumption. The Abracon FTxMH Continuous Volt TCXO Oscillators operate with a 1.8V, 2.5V, or 3.3V voltage supply, which allows the series to be used for various applications. The oscillators offer a CMOS output waveform and a 15pF output load. The oscillators function within a 9.6MHz to 60MHz frequency range and a -40°C to +105°C operating temperature range.
