Magnetic Speed Sensor ICs

Allegro MicroSystems Magnetic Speed Sensor ICs offer a comprehensive portfolio covering the full range of speed and speed with direction sensor ICs. These products include a two- and three-wire interface, a magnetic encoder (ring magnet) and gear tooth sensing, Hall and GMR technology, and ASIL-compliant options for transmission, wheel speed, engine, e-motors, and many more encoder and gear tooth sensing applications.

Magnetic Linear & Angle Position Sensor ICs

Allegro MicroSystems Magnetic Linear and Angle Position Sensor ICs are contactless, absolute position, robust, EEPROM programmable ICs. The Sensor ICs meet the accuracy requirements of stroke and rotary position sensing applications over the complete automotive voltage and temperature range.

A1308 & A1309 Linear Hall-Effect Sensor ICs

Allegro MicroSystems A1308 and A1309 Linear Hall-Effect Sensor ICs are temperature-stable devices in through-hole and surface-mount packages. These sensor ICs feature nonvolatile memory to optimize device sensitivity and the quiescent voltage output for a given application or circuit. The Hall-effect sensor ICs provide a voltage output proportional to the applied magnetic field, and the Quiescent voltage output is adjusted roughly 50% of the supply voltage. The accuracy of the sensor ICs is improved through end-of-line optimization. These Hall-effect sensor ICs operate at 5V supply voltage and feature high-bandwidth, low-noise analog output. The sensor ICs operate within the –40°C to 150°C temperature range and are immune to mechanical stress.
