EMC cable glands maintain contact with the cable's braid, ensuring full shielding against unwanted electromagnetic waves. These glands feature metal or plastic construction and provide full contact to the end-device's metallic enclosure for continuous grounding function. Dependable shielding is provided by these glands due to the utilization of a conducting internal spring that directly contacts with the cable's shield, compressing the cable seal, respectively. The internal spring has a stainless steel construction that offers a reliable spring force. Amphenol LTW EMC Cable Glands are suitable for surveillance cameras, lighting display devices, solar PV modules, power supply switches, wireless networking, and telecommunications.
