Mid-Speed Optical Transceivers

Amphenol ProLabs Mid-Speed Optical Transceivers offer a practical way to upgrade bandwidth and performance across common network environments. These transceivers are rigorously tested for broad multi-vendor compatibility, ensuring seamless operation across switches, servers, and routing platforms. The mid-speed optical transceivers support Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) to allow access to real-time operating parameters. These transceivers are hot-pluggable and feature Multi-Mode Fiber (MMF), metal with lower EMI, and excellent ESD protection. The mid-speed optical transceivers are compliant with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA) and RoHS, and are lead-free. These transceivers are ideal for use in enterprise networks, data centers, and telecommunications applications.

Transceivers

Amphenol ProLabs Transceivers are available in an extensive range of compatible optical and copper transceivers to fit a variety of requirements. These standards-based transceivers are designed to comply with the Multi-Source Agreement (MSA). The product lineup ranges from 100BASE-FX to 800Gb and includes optical and copper transceivers such as GBIC, X2, XFP, CFP, SFP, SFP+, QSFP+, and QSFP28. Amphenol ProLabs Transceivers are manufactured utilizing high-quality components to produce a consistent, standardized product compatible with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) specifications. ProLabs rigorously tests the transceivers and codes them in their facilities to ensure the highest performance levels. The transceivers also undergo 100% application testing in end-use conditions. Typical applications include access and enterprise, data centers, network operators, and high-speed data transmission.
