Amphenol Sine MotionGrade™ DIN M23 Connectors are designed for high performance and reliability in the most demanding environments. The automation products feature a simplistic design while meeting the demand for maximum EMI/RFI shielding capabilities. Three types of cable strain reliefs are available, FlexGrip™, Metrifit™, or traditional cable strain relieving similar to existing standard systems. Other features include superior sealing abilities and compatibility with other industry-standard products. The M23 applications include packaging, robotic, printing, machine tool, medical and automation environments.

MotionGrade™ M23 Hybrid Connectors

Amphenol Sine Systems MotionGrade™ M23 Hybrid Connectors are designed to function in the most demanding, decentrally controlled, and daisy-chained environments. These connectors feature superior environmental seal retention, IP66 / IP67 rating, faster assembly, and advanced fluid resistance. The M23 hybrid series utilizes advanced sealing technologies and materials in combination with strain relief systems to ensure the highest reliability in harsh environments. The connectors are available in 8 and 15 positions in a zinc diecast housing with brass and gold-plated contacts. Additional features include a strain relief clamp range of 7.5mm to 11mm, <15mΩ contact resistance, and -20°C to +130°C temperature range. Amphenol Sine Systems MotionGrade M23 hybrid connectors are ideal for applications where, power, signal, and data are required such as machine tools and robotics.
