Multiple memory-expansion interfaces support memory scalability. These include a HYPERBUS™/Xccela™ DDR interface and two SPI execute in place (SPIX) interfaces. A secure digital interface supports external high-speed memory cards, including SD, SDIO, MMC, SDHC, and microSD™.
