ADGS2414D High Density Switches

Analog Devices Inc. ADGS2414D High-Density Switches are eight independent, Single-Pole/Single-Throw (SPST) switches in a 4mm x 5mm, 30-pin LGA package. These switches enable higher channel density in systems where printed circuit board space is constrained or existing system form factors restrict expansion. The ADGS2414D high-density switches offer a high continuous current of up to 768mA and 0.56Ω typical on resistance. These switches include integrated passive components and an SPI interface with error detection. The ADGS2414D switches operate at ±16.5V maximum dual supply voltage and 20V maximum single supply voltage. Typical applications include automatic test equipment, instrumentation, data acquisition, relay replacement, avionics, communication systems, audio, and video switching.
