ADRV9004 Dual Narrow/Wideband RF Transceiver

Analog Devices Inc. ADRV9004 Dual Narrow/Wideband RF Transceiver combines dual-channel transmitters, dual-channel receivers, integrated synthesisers, and digital signal processing functions into a single package. The ADRV9004 is a high-performance, highly linear, high dynamic range transceiver designed for performance vs. power consumption system optimisation. The device is configurable and ideally suited to demanding, low-power, portable, and battery-powered equipment. The ADRV9004 operates from 30MHz to 6000MHz and covers the UHF, VHF, and ISM (industrial, scientific, and medical) bands, and cellular frequency bands in narrow-band (kHz) and wideband operations up to 40MHz. The ADRV9004 is capable of both TDD and FDD operation.
