ADuM340E/ADuM341E/ADuM342E Quad Digital Isolators

Analog Devices Inc. ADuM340E/ADuM341E/ADuM342E 5.7kVRMS Quad Digital Isolators are based on iCoupler® technology. The ADuM340E/ADuM341E/ADuM342E incorporates high-speed, complementary metal-oxide semiconductor (CMOS) and back-to-back monolithic air core transformer technology. The isolation components feature outstanding performance characteristics and meet CISPR 32/EN 55032 Class B limits at 5Mbps. The device supplies 10ns of maximum propagation delay with a pulse width distortion of less than 3ns at 5V operation. Channel matching is tight at 3.0ns maximum.
