LT308x Rugged Single Resistor Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LT308x single resistor rugged low dropout linear regulators (LDOs) are designed for rugged industrial applications. A key feature of the components is the extended safe operating area (SOA). The LDOs can be paralleled for higher output current or heat spreading. The devices withstand reverse input and reverse output-to-input voltages without reverse current flow. The LT308x precision 50μA reference current source allows a single resistor to program output voltage to any level between zero and 34.5V. The current reference architecture makes load regulation independent of output voltage. These Analog Devices Inc. devices are stable with or without input and output capacitors. Internal protection circuitry includes reverse-battery and reverse-current protection, current limiting and thermal limiting.

LDO Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LDO Linear Regulators are a broad line of high-performance low-dropout linear regulators (LDO). These LDOs offer very low dropout, fast transient response, excellent line and load regulation with a very wide 0.9V to 80V input voltage range. Output currents range from 100mA to 10A, with positive, negative and multiple outputs.

Extended Temperature (H&MP) Linear Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. Extended Temperature (H&MP) Linear Regulators offer several options for applications requiring extended temperature operation. H-grade products offer 100% testing at hot, typically +125°C or +150°C. H-grade products are sample tested at cold (-40°C) with an expanded sample size and zero allowed failures.

Positive Linear LDO Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. Positive Linear Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators are high-performance, low dropout linear regulators. The LDOs provide very low dropout, fast transient response, as well as excellent line and load regulation. These Positive Linear Regulators from Analog Devices also offer a very wide input voltage range from 0.9V to 80V. Output currents range from 100mA to 10A with positive and multiple outputs. The LDO regulators can be used in a wide range of applications.
