LTC®3644 Monolithic Step-Down Regulators

Analog Devices Inc. LTC®3644 Monolithic Step-Down Regulators feature quad 1.25A output and can operate from input supplies up to 17V. The switching frequency is internally fixed to 1MHz or 2.25MHz. The regulators have a ±50% synchronization range. The devices feature ultralow quiescent current and high efficiency over a wide VIN and VOUT range.
