These SSDs are built with a powerful PCIe controller to deliver outstanding performance in data transfer. The speeds can reach up to 210,000/327,000MB/s and 2,400/2,240MB/s in IOPS and sequential read/write. The PT220-M280 SSDs utilize 3D NAND for higher capacities of up to 2TB and provide more power efficiency. These PCIe SSDs exhibit Advanced Encryption Standards (AES) to ensure data security. The PT220-M280 industrial PCIe SSDs also feature flash bad-block management, S.M.A.R.T., TRIM support, DataDefender™, global wear leveling, Hyper-Cache technology, and NVMe Secure Erase.
