APEX 1.5 Terminals

Aptiv APEX 1.5 Terminals offer two-piece terminal construction, Sn or Au plating options, and three sealing options: unsealed, mat sealed, and cable sealed. These terminals accept a 22AWG to 16AWG wire gauge range and feature both female and male genders, a <0.5mΩ contact resistance, and <5N contact mating force. The rugged construction allows these terminals to withstand extreme conditions, including a +150°C maximum temperature, 30G maximum vibration, and 18A maximum current. Aptiv APEX 1.5 Terminals feature an integrated floating spring made of beryllium copper or copper-nickel-silicon, making them suitable for rugged environments.
