ChipGuard® ESD Suppressors

Bourns ChipGuard® ESD Suppressors are AEC-Q200 qualified and protect against electrostatic discharge (ESD). These ESD protectors offer a fast response time of <0.5ns for the MLA series and <1ns for the MLC series. Bourns ChipGuard® ESD Suppressors meet IEC 61000-4-2 standards and are RoHS compliant. Typical applications include camera links, sensors, touchscreen interfaces, GPS, and high-speed communications buses.
