MF-MSMF Multifuse® PTC Resettable Fuses

Bourns MF-MSMF Multifuse^® PTC Resettable Fuses are 100% electrically compatible with all previous generations of 1812 SMT devices and feature surface-mount packaging for automated assembly. These fuses are AEC-Q200 compliant with Pb and Pb-free solder reflow profiles. Bourns MF-MSMF fuses offer overcurrent and overtemperature protection of automotive electronics and are ideal for hard disk drives, PC motherboards and peripherals, point-of-sale (POS) equipment, PCMCIA cards, USB port protection, and HDMI 1.4 source protection.

Biurns Resettable Multifuse® devices shield a wide range of applications against overcurrent conditions. A variety of speed, voltage, and current limits are available.

Multifuse® PTC Resettable Fuses

Bourns Multifuse® PTC Resettable Fuses are available in polymer or ceramic with surface-mount, through-hole, or strap-mount configurations. The materials used in these fuses allow them to reset after a fault condition has been removed, and the increase in resistance changes exponentially rather than in a linear manner.
