RTDW Precision Wirewound Temperature Sensors

Bourns RTDW Precision Wirewound Temperature Sensors (formerly Riedon™) are designed for applications requiring accurate temperature measurement and stable resistance over time. These Bourns sensors deliver exceptional performance with a resistance tolerance of ±1% or ±5% for precise readings and a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) up to ±6000ppm/°C. Built with an all-welded design and flame-/moisture-resistant encapsulation, the RTDW sensors ensure durability and reliability in harsh environments. Standard resistance values include 100Ω, 500Ω, and 1KΩ at +25°C. The sensors operate within a temperature range of 0°C to +100°C and feature a response time of approximately 40 seconds for 50% and 100 seconds for 90% in still air. These sensors maintain excellent stability at less than 100ppm/°C per year and use matte tin plating over copper terminations, compliant with MIL-STD-202 soldering requirements.
