CT4447 High-Voltage Differential Probes

Cal Test Electronics CT4447 High-Voltage Differential Probes offer bandwidths up to 30MHz, ±2% gain accuracy, and up to 1400V differential voltage rating. These probes are designed to enable earth-grounded oscilloscopes to make safe, accurate floating measurements between two points. CT4447 series probes convert floating signals to low-voltage ground-referenced signals that are displayed safely on any ground-referenced oscilloscope. Cal Test Electronics CT4447 High-Voltage Differential Probes are compatible with oscilloscopes from all major manufacturers and are ideal for precision power semiconductors, floating measurements, switchable power supply designs, and power converter measurements.
