Chip Quik Smooth Flow™ Tack Flux features Smooth Flow technology to provide a lower-density flux vehicle for better shear spread and improved flow during heating. This Chip Quik flux is ideal for all rework, solder, de-solder, and reflow applications. The material is non-corrosive, non-conductive, and no-clean. When applied, the tack flux will not run all over a PCB. The substance has a long stencil life and a wide process window.
