Comchip Technology RS3xB-HF SMD Fast Recovery Rectifiers feature a glass passivated chip junction. These rectifiers offer a 50V to 1000V reverse voltage range, 3A forward current, and fast reverse recovery time. The RS3xB-HF rectifiers are easy to pick and place and come in a low-profile package. These rectifiers incorporate solderable terminals as per MIL-STD-750 (method 2026). The RS3xB-HF rectifiers are suitable for surface-mounted applications and are available in the SMB/DO-214AA package.
