Dialight 3mm and 5mm Bi-Color LEDs are discrete through-hole LEDs that are available in a variety of viewing angles. These bi-color round LEDs include red/yellow-green, red/green InGaN, and yellow/green single color options. The 3mm and 5mm bi-color LED combinations provide flexible lighting solutions within a single package. These bi-color LEDs with a three-leaded design allow independent control of each color. The 3mm and 5mm bi-color LEDs reduce component count and save board space. These LEDs operate at a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. The 3mm and 5mm LEDs are RoHS compliant. These bi-color LEDs are suitable for network and communication equipment indicators, arcade and gaming equipment, instrumentation, industrial control panels, equipment status indicators, security systems, alarms, and illuminated switches.
