Typical applications include indicator lights for industrial equipment, consumer electronics, automotive systems, optical communications, medical devices, and control panels.

599 Series 0603 SMD LEDs

Dialight 599 Series 0603 SMD LEDs are available in yellow, red, yellow-green, blue, white, and true-green colors. These LEDs feature a 130° typical viewing angle, 20mA test current, top view mounting orientation, water clean or yellow diffused lens color, and 5V reverse voltage. The 599 series 0603 SMD LEDs operate within the -40°C to 85°C temperature range and comply with Moisture Sensitivity Level 2 (MSL 2) standards.
