LM2903 Differential Comparators

Diodes Incorporated LM2903 Differential Comparators are designed to operate from a single power supply over a wide range of voltages. These devices can also operate from split power supplies. They offer low power supply current drain independent of the magnitude of the power supply voltage. LM2903 Comparators are designed to directly interface with TTL and CMOS. When operating from both plus and minus power supplies, LM2903 Comparators will directly interface with MOS logic where their low power drain is a distinct advantage over standard comparators. These devices from Diodes Incorporated are available in SO-8, TSSOP-8, MSOP-8 packages with industry-standard pinouts. All use green mold compound as standard and are RoHS Compliant.
