Battery Management Systems

Eaton provides a wide portfolio of products for Battery Management Systems (BMS), including terminal blocks, fuses, supercapacitors, chokes, inductors, and more. Battery Management Systems monitor individual cells, system voltage, current, and temperature. When monitoring individual cells, the BMS balances voltages and regulates the current flow, and if the upper or lower voltage, current, or temperature limit is exceeded, the BMS temporarily disconnects the load or source. Eaton Battery Management Systems estimate the State of Health (SoH), State of Charge (SoC), State of Energy (SoE), and State of Power (SoP) in batteries.

AMH Automotive Bolt-in Fuses

Eaton Electronics AMH Automotive Bolt-in Fuses feature a 125VDC voltage rating in a small size for high-current applications. These fuses have a 55.4mm x 17.7mm footprint with 39mm center tag width and 12mm height. The construction consists of a ceramic body with a bolt-in terminal design that is halogen free and lead free. Eaton AMH Automotive Bolt-in Fuses are UL recognized and cURus recognized (E91958, guide JFHR2, and JFHR8). Typical applications include energy, industrial, and transportation, including vehicle power distribution, material handling systems, aircraft power distribution, high current wire protection, as well as supercapacitor and battery systems.
