Eaton Electronics SMDJE 3000W Transient Voltage Suppressors provide a 3000W pulse power rating, 300A forward surge current, and fast response time. The SMDJE series features excellent clamping capability in a low-profile SMC package, making it an ideal solution for surface-mounted applications in order to optimize board space. The SMDJE 3000W Transient Voltage Suppressors are suitable for use in consumer electronics, telecommunications, appliances, and industrial automation.

High Power TVS Diodes

Eaton High Power TVS Diodes deliver reliable overvoltage protection with fast response times, low clamping voltage, and high peak current capability for electronic equipment. These devices utilize silicon avalanche technology to protect critical circuits against damaging transient surges, including electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transient (EFT), and lightning strikes. The high peak power, current capability, and fast-acting response times make these diodes ideal for protecting critical circuits. Eaton High Power TVS Diodes are available in surface-mount and radial or through-hole footprints in industry-standard sizes for both ESD and high-power suppression. These highly reliable TVS diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified and come in both surface-mount and radial/through-hole footprints. The modules utilize silicon avalanche technology for excellent protection against damaging transient surges, from electrostatic discharge (ESD) to induced lightning. Eaton automotive-rated HP TVS diodes include product families that meet up to ISO 16750-2 5a and 5b standards. These diodes are ideal for protecting critical circuits.

5G Applications

Eaton Electronics offers an expansive portfolio of high-reliability components needed to drive 5G forward.
