The SMDJE series features excellent clamping capability in a low-profile SMC package, making it an ideal solution for surface-mounted applications in order to optimize board space. The SMDJE 3000W Transient Voltage Suppressors are suitable for use in consumer electronics, telecommunications, appliances, and industrial automation.

High Power TVS Diodes

Eaton High Power TVS Diodes deliver reliable overvoltage protection with fast response times, low clamping voltage, and high peak current capability for electronic equipment. These devices utilize silicon avalanche technology to protect critical circuits against damaging transient surges, including electrostatic discharge (ESD), electrical fast transient (EFT), and lightning strikes. The high peak power, current capability, and fast-acting response times make these diodes ideal for protecting critical circuits. 5G Applications
