These synchronous buck converters are designed to supply different sub-systems of portable applications. The HL7504 series offers a soft-start function, automatic pulse frequency modulation (PFM), and an active discharge when disabled. Comprehensive protection includes thermal shutdown, input overvoltage lockout, and overcurrent and short-circuit.
