IS27TH064G21/128G21/256G21 Embedded UFSs 2.1

ISSI IS27TH064G21/128G21/256G21 Embedded Universal Flash Storages (UFSs) 2.1 are mass data storage devices compliant with JEDEC specification JESD220C-2.1. The featured interfaces are MIPI M-PHY specification version v3.0, MIPI UniPro specification version v1.6, and UFS version 2.1. The IS27TH064G21/128G21/256G21 UFSs come in three types of capacity ranges including 64GB, 128GB, and 256GB. These devices feature sleep mode, boot partitions (high-speed boot), Replay Protected Memory Block (RPMB), and permanent and power-on write protection. The host interfaces can speed up to HS-Gear 3 x 2-Lanes, providing maximum RAW data transfer rates of approximately 1GB/s.
