CPC1343G OptoMOS® Solid State Relays

IXYS Integrated Circuits CPC1343G OptoMOS^® Solid State Relays use discrete semiconductor components and the OptoMOS^®architecture to deliver fast, reliable, bounce-free switching in a compact design. These bidirectional, normally open relays offer a 60V blocking voltage and support a continuous load current of up to 900mA. The CPC1343G relays feature an ultra-low on-resistance of 0.8Ω, ensuring efficient power handling and minimal heat dissipation. These relays provide 5000V_RMS isolation between input and output, enhancing safety in sensitive systems. The CPC1343G solid state relays offer fast switching times of 4ms turn-on and 1ms turn-off, while requiring a low LED control current of only 3mA. Typical applications include instrumentation, automatic test equipment, utility meters, medical equipment, and industrial controls.
