6844 Series 0.3mm pitch FPC Connectors

KYOCERA AVX 6844 Series 0.3mm Pitch FPC Connectors are light, compact FPC connectors featuring 0.95mm height on board with 2.7mm width in the mounting space and a -40°C to +85°C operating temperature range. This series meets the requirements for lighter, more compact connectors in the digital still camera (DSC) market. KYOCERA AVX 6844 Series 0.3mm Pitch FPC Connectors feature a slim design, accurate positioning for secure mating as well as good operability, and provide a tactile "click" feeling in the locking system. Metal is not exposed on the back of the connector, enabling flexible design layouts on boards suitable for high-density packages. Misalignment of contacting position is prevented with an FPC with tabs featuring temporary retention before fully mating resulting in secure mating and improvement of working efficiency.
