KYOCERA AVX Automotive Ceramic Capacitors feature a wide range of multilayer ceramic capacitor technologies that meet or exceed AEC-Q200 requirements. These KYOCERA AVX capacitors include surface-mount and leaded MLCCs as well as surface-mount feedthru filters.

AVX AR Series SkyCap®MLCCs - EXPANSION

NEW! AVX has expanded the automotive-grade SkyCap® Radial Leaded AR Series MLCC product line to include additional voltage values of 1kV, 2kV, and 3kV.  These additional SkyCap® AR Series MLCC options from AVX are qualified to AEC-Q200 and have maximum operating temperature up to 150ºC. PPAP data is available upon request.

The AVX SkyCap® Radial Leaded AR Series MLCCs are conformally coated and feature temperature coefficients of C0G (NP0), X7R, and X8R. The AVX SkyCap® Radial Leaded AR Series is available in 200, 100, and 50 volts, the lead materials are RoHS compliant (100% tin) and qualified to AEC-Q200, PPAP available.
