High CV SMD Capacitor Solutions

KYOCERA AVX High Capacitance / Voltage (CV) SMD Capacitors are designed to enable optimum performance across all power applications. This ceramic capacitor solution for SMD applications includes extremely high CV (X5R) MLCCs with low ESR for general-purpose decoupling and filtering and high CV (X7R, X7S, and X8R) MLCCs with FlexiTerm for industrial, automotive (AEC-Q200), and commercial applications. KYOCERA AVX Electrolytic Capacitor solutions include small case size tantalum chip, conductive polymer, and fail-safe niobium oxide (Oxicap™) that overlap with commercial, industrial, and AEC-Q200 ceramic ratings, in many cases providing interchangeable solutions. The series offers a 2.5V_DC to 100V_DC voltage range and 10µF to 1000µF capacitance rating. TCM Tantalum Capacitors

KYOCERA AVX TCM Tantalum Capacitors are solid electrolytic chip capacitors with a conductive polymer multi-anode. These devices offer extremely low ESR and high-frequency capacitance retention. KYOCERA AVX TCM capacitors feature a reduced ignition failure mode, 3x reflow 260°C compatibility, and volumetric efficiency. These capacitors are lead-free and RoHS compliant.
