TX91 Computer On Module

Ka-Ro Electronics TX91 Computer On Module is a complete computer implemented on a board smaller than a credit card to be integrated into an embedded system. This module features a 3.3V to 5V power supply, 512MB LPDDR4 SDRAM (inline ECC) RAM, and 4GB eMMC ROM. The COM module includes NXP i.MX 91 1.4GHz Arm^® Cortex^®-A55 based processor and 24-bit RGB display support. This industrial grade module comes in a 26mm SO-DIMM size with an -25°C to 85°C operating temperature range. Typical applications include industrial requirements.
