Keysight Technologies FG33531A/FG33532A Waveform and Function Generators with Trueform technology deliver precise, low-distortion signals, advanced modulation, and high accuracy for testing, research, and development. The Trueform technology employs a virtual variable clock with advanced filtering techniques to track the waveform’s sample rate. The FG33531A generators include built-in 16-bit arbitrary waveform generation capabilities and waveform builder software. These devices achieve less than 50ps jitter and maintain total harmonic distortion of less than 0.06%. The FG33531A/FG33532A waveform and function generators simulate typical test applications with six built-in modulation types and 17 popular waveforms. The modulation types include Amplitude Modulation (AM), Frequency Modulation (FM), Phase Modulation (PM), Frequency-Shift Keying (FSK), Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK), and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM).
