High Q Capacitors

Syfer / Knowles High Q Capacitors are available in a wide range of sizes from 0402 to 3640 with various termination options, including FlexiCap™. The High Q material is very stable and provides excellent, low-loss performance in systems below 3GHz, as well as features a high "Q" factor at high frequencies, high RF power capabilities, low ESR, high self-resonant frequencies, and provides excellent capacitance stability across a wide temperature range (-55°C to 125°C). Syfer / Knowles high-frequency High Q Capacitors are suitable for many applications where high performance is required, such as tuners, mixers, filters, oscillators, RF power amplifiers, and tuning networks. Syfer / Knowles also offers square chips in 0505 and 1111 sizes, among others.
