These adapters feature either a plastic or metal spring mechanism that ensures a secure and stable connection, along with a zirconia alignment sleeve that further enhances their precision for accurate fiber alignment. LC adapters are compatible with standard LC connectors and are ideal for use in environments with high electromagnetic interference (EMI) or radio frequency interference (RFI), such as LANs, server rooms, and optical networks. L-Com LC Quad Low-Profile Fiber Optic Adapters are available in numerous colors: beige, black, aqua, heather violet, lime green, green, and blue.
