REDEL® SP Series Watertight IP68 Connectors

LEMO's REDEL® SP Series Watertight IP68 connectors feature FDA-certified PPSU construction, making them lightweight and durable, and fully compatible with repeated sterilization. With a single-shell design and multiple insert and contact options, these connectors provide maximum flexibility. With the patented internal Push-Pull locking system, reliable connections are ensured, as well as improved autoclavability and 15kV ESD resistance performance in harsh environments. LEMO's REDEL SP IP68 connectors offer superior water and dust protection, making them suitable for medical devices, industrial equipment, and unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).

SP Series Plastic Push-Pull Connectors

LEMO's REDEL® SP Series Plastic Push-Pull Connectors are patented and feature a Push-Pull system constructed from a proprietary sulfone to withstand extensive sterilization cycles. With the latching system embedded in the shell, these connectors offer increased shock resistance and high contact density. The connectors are UL recognized (file E119802) and available with four keyways to prevent inadvertent cross-connects or misconnects by the user. The SP connectors feature an ergonomic grip to make it easier for surgeons and medical staff to mate and align the connection. LEMO's REDEL SP Series Plastic Push-Pull Connectors are an ideal solution for medical applications, from catheters to surgical instruments, and test and measurement applications. The SP Series is available in an IP68 watertight configuration.

Connectors for Robotics & Industrial Control

LEMO Connectors for Robotics and Industrial Control provide high reliability and a long life cycle. They are ideal for critical applications in which the connector has to work every time or for applications in which systems are frequently set up and torn down. LEMO connectors also can be used externally on products. They feature push-pull or ratchet coupling for easy mating and unmating, enabling reduced maintenance and installation time. LEMO Connectors for Robotics and Industrial Control are ideally suited for use in legged robots, animatronics (actuators and servos), high-speed cameras, machine control systems, inspection sensors, and test and measurement applications.
