Automotive AEC-Q200 Qualified Standard Fuses

Littelfuse Automotive AEC-Q200 Qualified Standard Fuses meet AEC-Q200 requirements and set the standard for automotive fuses. These fuses have expanded the scope of AEC-Q200, Stress Test Qualification for Passive Electrical Devices. The AEC-Q200 qualified standard fuses have contributed to the development of revision E and the framework for defining the test requirements for fuses. The standard fuses have a wide variety of AEC-Q200 qualified fuses, including surface mount, cartridge, and inline fuses, which the designer can select from to develop reliable products for the automotive industry. The AEC-Q200 fuses are used for overcurrent protection in several applications such as sense line protection, battery management, onboard charger, connectivity, and ADAS.

Remote Keyless Entry Solutions

Littelfuse Remote Keyless Entry Solutions defend the powered circuits and communication lines of modern vehicles that receive signals from a remote key-fob. These signals control features like remote starting, door unlocking, truck opening, and other custom commands. 440A 1206 AECQ-Compliant Fuses

Littelfuse 440A series 1206 AECQ-Compliant Fuses are specifically tested to cater to secondary circuit protection needs of compact auto electronics applications. The general design of Littelfuse 440A fuses ensures excellent temperature stability and performance reliability. This high I2t fuse series is designed to have ultra-high inrush current withstand capability to avoid nuisance fuse open.

AEC-Q200 Qualified Surface-Mount Fuses

Littelfuse AEC-Q200 Qualified Surface-Mount Fuses are automotive-grade fuses designed to operate under high working ambient temperatures up to +150°C. These automotive fuses are available in several options (fast-acting, high I2t, and high voltage). Littelfuse 437A, 438A, and 440A fast-acting fuses ensure excellent temperature stability and performance reliability. The 440A fuses feature current ratings from 0.5A to 8A and 63V to 32V maximum voltage rating. The 437A fuses offer 500mA to 4A current ratings and 63V to 32V maximum voltage rating. With a current rating range of 0.25A to 6A, the 438A series has a maximum voltage rating range of 24V to 63VDC. Littelfuse 885 NANO2 series has a 1A to 5A current rating range with a maximum voltage of 450V or 500V.
