The 59165 MDSR-7 Sensors are miniature in size, measuring 16.0mm x 2.41mm x 2.41mm (0.63" x 0.095" x 0.095"). The 59170 MDSR-10 sensors are sub-miniature in size, measuring only 11.43mm x 2.29mm x 2.29mm (0.63" x 0.09" x 0.09").
