Littelfuse SZSMF6L Automotive Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diodes are ideal for protecting I/O interfaces, the V_CC bus, and other vulnerable circuits in automotive electronic applications. These surface-mount, 600W unidirectional / bidirectional TVS diodes are available in a small SOD-123FL package to save board space. The SZSMF6L series offers a fast response time of <1ns, low Zener impedance, high surge, and excellent clamping capabilities. Additional features include AEC-Q101 qualification, a lead-free design, RoHS compatibility, and PPAP capability. Littelfuse SZSMF6L Automotive TVS Diodes are designed to protect sensitive systems and components from high-voltage, high-energy transients.
