LOCTITE Non-Conductive Adhesives offer fast-cure capability, high wet strength, and superb dispense characteristics. LOCTITE provides surface-mount adhesives (SMA) designed to secure surface-mount components in place during the wave soldering process. These adhesives are compatible with Henkel's line of bar solder materials and liquid fluxes. LOCTITE Non-Conductive Adhesives are ideal for several deposition methods, including needle dispensing, jetting, and stencil printing.

Surface Mount Adhesives

LOCTITE Surface Mount Adhesives (SMAs) are available in formulations suitable for several deposition methods, including needle dispensing, jetting, and stencil printing. Some of these formulations are compatible with all three deposition processes. The SMAs offer fast-cure capability, high wet strength, superb dispense characteristics, and excellent compatibility. These adhesives feature 90sec to 120sec @150°C typical curing.
