MCG4D8N04Y 40V Low RDS(on) N-Channel MOSFETs

Micro Commercial Components (MCC) MCG4D8N04Y 40V Low RDS(on) N-Channel MOSFETs operate using Split Gate Trench (SGT) power MOSFET technology. These MOSFETs offer a 4.8mΩ maximum RDS(on) in a compact PDFN3333 package and are available in industrial and automotive grades. The MCG4D8N04Y MOSFETs feature a high-density cell design for low RDS(on). These MOSFETs can operate at junction temperatures of -55°C to 175°C, even in extreme environmental conditions. The MCG4D8N04Y MOSFETs are lead-free and RoHS-compliant. These MOSFETs are used in applications such as Battery Management Systems (BMS), motor drives, inverter systems, solar inverters, wind turbine controllers, and in-vehicle infotainment systems.
