These devices can support any data rate from 10kHz to 100kHz and are available in a 3-pin SOT-23 package. The devices feature status registers, noise filtering, robust ESD protection for the highest reliability, and software write protection for 1/4, 1/2, or full array. The EEPROMs are ideal for use in portable/handheld and battery-powered devices in automotive, medical, consumer electronic, and industrial markets.
