24AA1025, 24LC1025, 24FC1025 1024K Serial EEPROMs

Microchip Technology 24AA1025, 24LC1025, and 24FC1025 1024K Serial EEPROMs are organized as two blocks of 64K x 8-bit memory with a two-wire, I2C compatible serial interface. The 24AA1025, 24LC1025, and 24FC1025 EEPROM are optimized for advanced, low-power applications such as personal communications or data acquisition. The low-voltage design of these EEPROMs permits operation down to 1.7V, with standby and active currents of 5µA and 5mA, respectively. These devices have both byte write and page write capability of up to 128 bytes of data.
