MCP14A0601 & MCP14A0602 6.0A MOSFET Drivers

Microchip MCP14A0601 & MCP14A0602 6.0A MOSFET Drivers are capable of providing up to 6.0A of peak current while operating from a single 4.5V to 18V supply. There are two output configurations available; inverting (MCP14A0601) and noninverting (MCP14A0602). These devices feature low shoot-through current, fast rise and fall times, and matched propagation delays, making them ideal for highswitching frequency applications.
