PIC24FJxxGx 16-bit Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology PIC24FJ64Gx, PIC24FJ128Gx, and PIC24FJ256Gx 16-bit Microcontrollers (MCUs) are ideal for low power and connectivity applications. These devices offer multiple I²C, SPI, and UART peripherals, and multiple independent timers. These MCUs are available with 8kB to 16kB RAM memory for buffering and 64kB to 256kB Enhanced Flash program memory.
