PIC32CM MC00 Motor Control MCUs

Microchip Technology PIC32CM MC00 Motor Control Microcontrollers (MCUs) are designed with Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU that runs up to 48MHz with single-cycle hardware multiplier and MPU. The PIC32CM microcontrollers come with 128KB flash memory, 16KB SRAM main memory, and 4KB flash memory for data flash. Microchip Technology PIC32CM MCUs support internal and external clock options with a 48MHz to 96MHz Fractional Digital Phase Locked Loop (FDPLL), Power-on Reset (POR), and Brown-out Detection (BOD).

PIC32CM Lx Ultra-Low Power Microcontrollers

Microchip Technology PIC32CM Lx Ultra-Low Power Microcontrollers are 32-bit MCUs based on an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core. The PIC32CM Lx MCUs integrate innovative features to solve challenges in the IoT, consumer, industrial, and medical markets. These MCUs offer superior touch, security, and smart analog integration in one ultra-low power device. The PIC32CM Lx MCUs operate at up to 48MHz with memory configurations of up to 512KB Flash and 64KB SRAM.
