The Microchip Technology SAM9X75 MPU features robust connectivity options like MIPI-DSI, LVDS with 2D graphics, MIPI-CSI-2 camera support, Gigabit Ethernet with TSN, and CAN-FD for user interface applications. Security features include tamper detection, secure boot, key storage, TRNG, PUF, and accelerated AES/SHA encryption.

SAM9X70 Ultra-Low Power Microprocessors (MPUs)

Microchip Technology SAM9X70 Ultra-Low Power Embedded Microprocessors (MPUs) are ARM926EJ-S CPU-based MPUs that run up to 800MHz. The SAM9X70 supports various NVM interfaces, including NAND Flash, Quad SPI, and eMMC Flash. This device offers a 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet interface with TSN connectivity support. It also includes State-of-the-Art security functions such as Secure Boot capability with on-chip secure key storage (OTP), high-performance crypto accelerators (SHA, AES, and TDES), tamper pins, and PUF.
