Mill-Max .050” (1.27 mm) Pitch Solder Cup Headers and Sockets deliver a highly reliable interconnect in a compact format. The headers and sockets feature closed cavity pins and receptacles, providing isloation between the soldering and interconnect areas. This design keeps solder from contaminating the pin and socket connection. The male headers have .016” (0.41 mm) diameter tails suitable for mating with all Mill-Max .050” (1.27 mm) pitch SMT and through hole board mount sockets, making for easy wire-to-board connections. Series 850/1/2/3 sockets and receptacles are offered in single and double row configurations with anywhere from 1 to 20 pins. These Mill-Max interconnects are ideal for terminating cables and wires used in critical applications such as medical and industrial equipment.
