GP2XA+/GP2X1A+ Power Splitters

Mini-Circuits GP2XA+/GP2X1A+ Power Splitters are 50Ω GaAs MMIC 2-way SMT devices. These power splitters feature an excellent insertion loss of typically 0.7dB. The GP2XA+/GP2X1A+ devices offer excellent power handling capabilities of 10W maximum as a splitter. These splitters operate at a -45°C to 105°C temperature range. The GP2XA+/GP2X1A+ features low insertion loss, ensuring minimized signal power loss through the device, limiting the need for compensating power requirements at the respective outputs. These splitters are offered in a small footprint 3mm x 3mm 12-Lead QFN-style package that saves space in dense layouts. The GP2XA+/GP2X1A+ power splitters are ideal for backhaul radio systems, radar, EW, ECM defense systems, satellite communications, 5G Sub6, and MIMO wireless infrastructure systems.
